Return Process

  1. Contact us on our website with detailed information and reasons for returning the item.
  2. Upon receiving our return instructions, pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the package to your local post office.
  4. Most returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Not Suitable for Me (Ordered Wrong Size/Color) Refundable, but customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Change of Mind (No Longer Need the Item) Refundable, but customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Received Wrong Item (Items in Package Wrong/Lost) Refundable, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Package Damaged Upon Arrival Refundable, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please double-check your delivery information when placing an order and inform us if you wish to make any changes.
Other (Please specify in notes) Please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Policy

You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 45 days after delivery.

  • Returned items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We only accept returns for items shipped and sold by Anibarefoot.com.
  • We do not accept returns for items not requested for return properly.
  • We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us.
  • Please inspect your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-Anibarefoot products.
  • Please note that all clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
